Senior Planner / Design Lead BSc(Hons)

Ruby has worked in Planning and Design since 2017, where she started her career in the housebuilding sector. She has been involved in multiple large residential developments throughout East Anglia, where she gained vast experience of: project management; detailed applications; commercial awareness; and overcoming project constraints. Ruby's experience has covered Local Authorities throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire.

Ruby holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Anglia Ruskin University, which has enabled her to have a greater understanding of design elements that are present within the planning process. She has spent a number of years designing efficient residential layouts and producing supporting design information for applications, being knowledgeable in various different design packages.

Ruby is particularly keen on organisation, efficiency, and research.

In her spare time, Ruby is an artist, an equestrian, and is a keen hiker and twitcher. She also enjoying taking part in charity fundraisers and challenges.
