Holiday Let Success at Farriers Stables in Cavendish

September 20, 2022

Farriers Stables, Cavendish

James Bailey Planning Ltd. has worked closely with a homeowner to secure planning permission for the Change of Use of an existing annexe building to create a holiday let in the heart of Cavendish, West Suffolk.

The Farriers Stables sits within the Conservation Area of Cavendish, but has been sensitively considered so that would not impact the character, appearance or amenities of the area.  With the planning consent, The Farriers Stables will now provide additional overnight visitor accommodation to support the local economy.  It will also provide a base to explore the rights of way network, including walks along the River Stour and exploring the historic village.

For more information on the new accommodation visit “The Farriers Stables” website.

The application secured delegated approval in September 2022.
