Approval for Northfield View Phase 2C at Stowmarket
Another phase of development at Taylor Wimpey’s Northfield View site in Stowmarket was successfully approved by Mid Suffolk District Council on 4th May 2022.
“Phase 2C” is a further ‘connecting phase’ of the highly successful and important development for both Mid Suffolk and Taylor Wimpey.
This was a Reserved Matters application for 234 new dwellings, which included 20% affordable housing; strategic landscaping; and public open space.
